Kendall grew up in the theater scene as an actress and dancer. Armed with incredible training, she found a way to combine her professional expertise with her love of fitness and to create an environment in The Studio that will make you feel like a star.
Outside of The Studio, she choreographs for a dance team, Sin and plans to bring some of this creativity to her exclusive heels class!
Kendall has designed one of the first Kettlebell classes in San Diego. We call this class, KettleHELL. This heart-pounding, intense, full-body circuit workout utilizes kettlebells, body-weight exercises, and resistance band work to upgrade your traditional routine. It’s one of the best workouts at The Studio!
Kendall also teaches PULSE and HIIT at The Studio!
Our PULSE class is barre inspired and combines resistance and weights.
Our HIIT class is one of our most challenging classes. The Studio HIIT class is a combination of cardio and strength. Using precise intervals, alternating body weight exercises and weight based movements- this class will make you sweat and challenge you. Our customers say this is their favorite HIIT workout.
